Devon Archer… had partnered with Hunter Biden in Rosemont Seneca, a Washington-based investment firm. Starting in 2014, the pair served together on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian natural gas company accused of corruption, at the same time that his father oversaw U.S. policy towards Ukraine.

On February 5, 2009, Rosemont TALF GP LLC (originally named RRE II LLC) was founded by Devon Archer, Christopher Heinz, Daniel Burrell and Daniel Senor. The organisation shares its address and telephone number with the Heinz Family Foundation.

On May 8, 2009, Rosemont TALF Opportunities Fund I, L.P. was founded by Christopher Heinz, Devon Archer, Daniel Burrell and Daniel Senor, again sharing the address and telephone number of the Heinz Family Foundation.

In June 2009, Chris Heinz, Hunter and Devon worked together to form a number of LLCs, including Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (which backs Counsyl) and Rosemont Realty, each of which were a part of the Rosemont Capital umbrella, named after Rosemont Farm, owned by the Heinz family.

That of course is the Heinz family into which John Kerry married…

The time-line in the above linked article is quite convoluted – it goes with the deliberate evasiveness with which these networks of LLCs were formed. Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine become very involved in January 2014 et seq.
