Independent Sentinel – Barr’s Investigator John Durham Once Probed Mueller in a Shocking Case
There is much anticipation of arrests and indictments coming for very high VIPs of the previous administration, including even “The One” … We are not holding our breath, and would concur with Roger Stone; though not mentioning Barr’s history of cover ups, he observed the following on social media, May 28…
…Must say it sounds like the beginning of a cover-up to me. AG Barr has been reviewing the counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign for weeks now. Not only has he tasked Durham with reviewing the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation, but he has also enlisted the help of CIA Director Gina Haspel, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
This is problematic. Haspel is deeply involved in the British involvement in the spying on Trump arranged by her mentor Brennan. Wray is an apologist for the FBI’s excesses and Coats have [sic] the intelligence of a box of rocks.
President Trump must not be dissuaded in his demand for full declassification and Barr must be skeptical of the “help” of Haspel, Wray or Coats.
Noteworthy that Barr’s role as gatekeeper came from his own initiative…
…the attorney general reportedly asked the president for broad declassification authority to facilitate his review of the intelligence agencies’ involvement in the early stages of the Russia investigation, and be able to declassify certain aspects for the American people’s review.
The “certain aspects” will undoubtedly be carefully selected in such a way as to insure that the CIA comes out of this intact, even if it becomes necessary to sacrifice Brennan, along with Hillary’s “praetorian guard” in the FBI: Strzok, McCabe, Comey, etc…

Julian Assange Is under Protection; He Is the Key to the DNC Data Leak and Seth Rich Murder
23 May 2019 – 10:01:32 PM
Threat is real.
Key to DNC ‘source’ ‘hack’ ‘187’.
It is not Assange that is under protection, it is rather that old stand-by, “sources and methods” – which could simply be defined as anything embarrassing to “The Company”. The CIA treats the trafficking of information much as it handles the trafficking of cocaine – control the monopoly by putting the competition in prison. Thus it puts Assange in jail, while letting Barr take the selective reigns as leaker in chief.
A question arises, however; will Barr protect the foreign agencies from embarrassment? The original announcement to declassify had been postponed by Trump in deference to others in the 5 Eyes alliance, particularly the UK. Will Barr continue to respect their wish to be sparred the embarrassment? Something Q notes of interest (at Qmap #3339 and #3343): GCHQ head Robert Hannigan had resigned only two days into the Trump presidency, amid suggestions that it was related to the sharing of intelligence concerning Trump (Guardian Jan. 23, 2017)

@realDonaldTrump (Twitter) – North Korea fired off some small weapons, which disturbed some of my people, and others, but not me. I have confidence that Chairman Kim will keep his promise to me, & also smiled when he called Swampman Joe Biden a low IQ individual, & worse. Perhaps that’s sending me a signal?
…In a statement by the Cheollima Civil Defense group, also known as “Free Joseon,” released on its website at 2225 UST, the organization promised to work for the “dismantlement of prison camps” in North Korea and support “reform and opening” in the country.
“We are currently preparing for a major event,” a Korean-language statement said. “Until then, we will keep silent like the calm before the storm.”…
The Cheollima Civil Defense organization first emerged in March 2017 following the death of Kim Jong Un’s half-brother Kim Jong Nam.
Their first public appearance came in a video featuring Kim Jong Nam’s son Kim Han Sol, with an accompanying statement saying that they were protecting Kim and his family.
They reemerged early this year, declaring the establishment of the “Free Joseon” government in exile and appearing to claim responsibility for a recent incident in which the North Korean embassy in Kuala Lumpur was vandalized.
Last week, just hours after Spanish authorities named the U.S.-based human rights activist Adrian Hong as having led a break-in at the North Korean embassy in Madrid on February 22, the group took responsibility for the break-in.
A statement carried on the website of Free Joseon — the group that last month claimed responsibility for a raid on the DPRK embassy in the Spanish capital — expressed “dismay” at the decision…
Madrid will purportedly seek the extradition from the U.S. of the ten suspects, including Adrian Hong Chang and the Americans and South Koreans, and it remains unclear what, if any, criminal complaints have been filed by the North Korean government, as the Friday statement by Free Joseon’s attorney appears to suggest…
Friday saw the Washington Post report [April 19 WaPo], citing sources, that federal authorities had raided Hong’s home, as well as taken into custody Christopher Ahn, a former U.S. marine tied to the group.
The relationship between Kim and Trump however is still said to be good…
Korean Central News Agency – U.S. Secretary of State Slammed
Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) — Kwon Jong Gun, director general of the Department of American Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, gave the following answer to a question raised by the KCNA on Thursday as regards the fact that Pompeo, U.S. Secretary of the State, is letting loose reckless remarks and sophism of all kinds against us every day:
In his historic policy speech at the First Session of the 14th Supreme People’s Assembly, Comrade Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, has clarified the principled stand on the DPRK-U.S. relations and settlement of the nuclear issue and said he would wait in patience till the end of this year to see whether the United States makes a courageous decision or not.
Everyone has a clear interpretation of his speech which says that the U.S. should change its way of calculation and come up with responsive measures before the end of this year. Just at this time, only Pompeo, U.S. Secretary of the State, is talking nonsense that its meaning is to finish the working level negotiation between the DPRK and the U.S. by the end of the year, which subjects him to public ridicule.
We cannot be aware of Pompeo’s ulterior motive behind his self-indulgence in reckless remarks; whether he is indeed unable to understand words properly or just pretending on purpose. However, it is a very dangerous situation if he really did not grasp the meaning.
If his behavior is intended, I think it is none other than silly calculation to be free from the constraint that the U.S. should make a move until the end of the year, misrepresenting the meaning of our requirement as the finalization of the working level negotiation by the end of the year by help of his talented skill of fabricating stories like a fiction writer.
As our Chairman of the State Affairs Commission has clarified, the U.S. cannot move us one iota by its current way of thinking.
In his previous visits to Pyongyang, Pompeo was granted audiences with our Chairman of the State Affairs Commission for several times and pleaded for the denuclearization. However, after sitting the other way round, he spouted reckless remarks hurting the dignity of our supreme leadership at Congress hearings last week to unveil his mean character by himself, thus stunning the reasonable people.
I would like to take this opportunity to make clear once again to Pompeo the meaning of the stand towards the U.S. clarified by our Comrade Chairman of the State Affairs Commission in his policy speech.
The meaning is that the U.S. should get rid of the root cause that pushed us into a nuclear state and obstacles on the way to denuclearization by its own hands; otherwise no one can predict how the situation on the Korean peninsula will turn out.
While Pompeo is fabricating stories after his own taste and trying to raise his publicity stunt at the sacrifice of the DPRK-U.S. relations as a whole, it is fortunate that the personal relationship between our Chairman of the State Affairs Commission and President Trump is on good terms as usual and our Chairman is pleased to get on well with President Trump.
Hanoi summit gives us a lesson that whenever Pompeo pokes his nose in, the talks go wrong without any results even from the point close to success. I am afraid that, if Pompeo engages in the talks again, the table will be lousy once again and the talks will become entangled.
Therefore, even in the case of possible resumption of the dialogue with the U.S., I wish our dialogue counterpart would be not Pompeo but other person who is more careful and mature in communicating with us. -0-
Bolton also gets a well deserved tongue lashing…
– Answer by First Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of DPRK
Pyongyang, April 20 (KCNA) — Choe Son Hui, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), gave the following answer to the question raised by KCNA on April 20, in the light of the fact that John Bolton, national security adviser of the White House, gave himself airs with his own remarks on the 3rd round of DPRK-U.S. summit:
Bolton, national security adviser of the White House, in an interview with Bloomberg on April 17, showed above himself by saying such a nonsense that the U.S. needs to see a real indication from north Korea that it has made a strategic decision of giving up its nuclear weapons before the 3rd DPRK-U.S. summit and that it should be ready to discuss what President Trump talked on a “Big Deal”.
As it was before, we have never expected that adviser Bolton would ever make a reasonable remark. For all that, if he is a White House national security adviser, he should at least have understood about what kinds of substantive communications are made between the top leaders concerning the 3rd round of summit before he had ever opened his mouth.
But Bolton’s remarks make me wonder whether they sprang out of incomprehension of the intentions of the top leaders of the DPRK and the U.S. or whether he was just trying to talk with a certain sense of humor for his part, with its own deviation. All things considered, his word has no charm in it and he looks dim-sighted to me.
In this remark of Bolton, I can hardly find the tact and logic of the American style so common in American lingo.
I warn you that it would do yourself no good if you continue to throw away such remarks devoid of discretion and reason. -0-

Wayne Madsen Report – April 4-5, 2019 — Another Trump Cabinet link to Jeffrey Epstein
Donald Trump’s problems vis a vis his relationship with convicted underage sex offender Jeffrey Epstein just got a bit worse. The former U.S. Attorney for South Florida, Alex Acosta, serves as Trump’s Secretary of Labor. Part of Acosta’s responsibilities include ensuring that federal laws against sex trafficking, including those involving minors, are adequately monitored for enforcement.
Acosta, as the chief federal prosecutor for South Florida, helped arrange the 2007 sweetheart federal and state of Florida secret non-prosecution agreement (NPA) for Epstein in return for his pleading guilty to two state solicitation of prostitution charges relating to a 14-year old girl. On April 3 this week a U.S. House Appropriations sub-committee called Acosta to account for his agreeing to the NPA, a deal that saw Epstein serve 13 months in a minimum-security wing of the Palm Beach County prison and his registration as a sex offender. If Acosta had prosecuted Epstein for violating federal crimes on trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation, the Wall Street billionaire could have been sentenced to life imprisonment…
There is another issue involving Epstein and a member of Trump’s Cabinet. After having left New York’s Cooper Union in 1971 and New York University in 1972 without graduating, Epstein was hired in 1973 to teach at the elite private K-12 Dalton School in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Barely out of his teens and without a college degree, Epstein was teaching mathematics, including calculus, and physics to students, who in many cases, were in the same age range as his future female sex abuse victims…
One might ask what school administrator in his or her right mind would hire a college dropout to teach math and physics to the children of some of New York’s wealthiest parents. The Dalton headmaster who hired Epstein was Donald Barr, who served as the school’s top administrator for a decade — from 1964 to 1974. Donald Barr’s son happens to be William Barr, Trump’s Attorney General, who also served as the Attorney General for George H. W. Bush…
Donald Barr worked for the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the forerunner of the Central Intelligence Agency, during World War II. Barr later taught English at Columbia University from 1955 to 1964. While at Columbia, Barr initiated the Columbia University Science Honors Program. The Columbia model honors program was adopted as a model by the National Science Foundation, a major research and development financial funnel used by the CIA. In 1959, Barr became the assistant dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia.
Donald Barr left Dalton in 1974 after a dispute with the school’s trustees arising principally from his hard-line approach on students using drugs. Barr then served as headmaster of the private Hackley School in Tarrytown, New York. The elder Barr also wrote book reviews for The New York Times.
After Barr’s son, William, graduated from Columbia in 1973 with a Master’s Degree in Chinese studies, he joined the CIA, where he worked until 1977. In 1977, William Barr received his law degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC. He eventually joined Ronald Reagan’s White House staff in 1982. Donald Barr worked at Columbia and Dalton during a time when the CIA had initiated a creative talent spotting program that mentored several private high schools and universities for future U.S. political leaders. Some of the financing for the program was laundered via a front called the Human Ecology Fund…
